Det er imidlertid bra at TONO er positive til iTunes. Da blir forhandlingene sikkert ikke så vanskelige.

)The $19.95 price breaks down approximately as follows:
Artist $ 1.31 (6.6%)
Producer $ 0.44 (2.2%)
Songwriters $ 0.89 (4.5%)
Distributor $ 4.39 (22%)
Manufacturing $ 1.00 (5%)
Retailer $ 5.95 (30%)
Record Label $ 5.97 (30%)
... $.99 transacted when a track is purchased from the iTMS: four cents goes to Apple; 62 cents goes to the label; music publishers get about 8 cents. ...
When you buy an iTunes song from a major label, there's a good chance the artist won't see a penny, because they're perpetually in debt to the label. If the artist does get a cut, it's only about 10 cents from the 99 cents you paid.
