Apple får ikke enerett på Beatles musikk

Apple får ikke enerett på Beatles sin musikk på iTunes som først antatt. Apple, Inc og Apple Corps (selskapet med rettighetene til Beatles musikken) har lenge vært i en navnestrid omkring "Apple" navnet. Nå har endelig stridsøksen blitt begravet og mange har da trodd at iTunes får eneretten på Beatles musikken. Slik blir det ikke i følge Neil Aspinall, hovedsjefen i Apple Corps. Alle nettbutikker skal få lik tilgang på Beatles sin musikk som tidligere ikke har vært å kunne kjøp på nettbutikker.
