noen som kan hjelpe?

Trenger litt hjelp...hardisken krasjet på maskinene min, og jeg hadde desverre ikke tatt backup...har fortsatt musikken på ipoden min og lastet ned den nye itunesen på pcen...kan noen si meg hva jeg skal gjøre for å få musikken tilbake på pcen uten å slette all musikken? Har for sikkerhet skyld 2 ipoder med forskjellig musikk...har ikke så mye peiling på hvordan det gjøres....
